Cancelling Your Order

Changed your mind? No problem! You’re welcome to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the cancellation is processed, your refund will appear back on your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Returns

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it. After that window, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and still in the packaging—this includes things like hair extensions.

Please note: we’re unable to accept returns for certain items such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Also non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care products

To process your return, we’ll need either the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
Kindly don’t send any items directly to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund, such as when:

  • A book shows obvious signs of use

  • A CD, DVD, or similar item has been opened

  • An item is returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • A return is received after the 30-day window


How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve got it and let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll process your refund and return the funds to your original payment method within a few days.

If your refund hasn't shown up yet, here’s what to do:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—sometimes there’s a delay before refunds are officially posted.

  3. Get in touch with your bank, as there may be some processing time involved.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and can’t be refunded. Only full-price items are eligible for return.


Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it with the same one. Just send us an email first, and then return the item to us.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue you a gift credit once we receive your return. You’ll then receive a gift certificate by mail.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we’ll send the refund to them directly.


Shipping Your Return

To return an item, simply mail it to the address listed on our contact page.
Please note:

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return is over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We’re not able to guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking, so this adds extra peace of mind.
